Lucien wrapped his arms around both of the elven women. He pulled them close, sneaking in a kiss of his own whenever he could.
Yes, they would be joined in bliss now...

"aaaa-huh." She awoke, in her bed, no tendrils, nobody else. No one, the pleasent wetness soon became cold and shameful as the reality set in on the girl as to what she had just done. She ran to her wash basin as what was left of her supper soon hit it. The sound of the girls nausea filled the small room as she tried to make sense of what had happened.
"A Dream.... to real... Oh gods what is wrong with me." she cried looking down at her soiled night garment before she ripped it from herself in shame, she quickly grabbed a nearby robe. She had to speak to someone, she had to confess the sickness that was in her mind.
She wasn't sure when she had started nor how she had reached her destination but she was soon pounding loudly on an oak door in another part of the castle.
'please be awake, please be awake' her mind frantically cried.

The door would soon open slowly, and Lucien would answer the door groggily.
"Mm...oh! Jarianna...I didn't expect you to visit so late." He frowned gently. "Is everything alright?" He asked, motioning for her to come inside his room if she wished.

Jarianna however did not wait instead she threw herself on to the half elf the moment the door opened, she buried her head into his chest as she tried to hold back the tears.
"I-I'm terrible...I'm utterly useless....I'm so sorry...." she continued to berate herself as the salty tears began to come.

Lucien was surprised at this, but embraced his fellow elf gently and stroked her back.
"Shhh, shhh..." He cooed. "It's alright. Talk to me, Jarianna. Tell me what has happened." He said, beginning to walk them back into his room and closing the door to give the crying elf some privacy.

As the door was shut she finally seemed to calm somewhat, she did not seem to be able to look Lucien in the eyes much less speak. Eventually she did look, her eyes puffy and red from the tears and with that she quickly moved to capture the Half elfs lips with her own.

Lucien's surprise was accompanied by a blush, but he didn't pull away at first. He would cup Jarianna's cheek after the kiss and stroke it gently.
"You don't have to talk to me then, but I want to help you regardless..." He said, gazing into her eyes

"I-I shouldn't have done that." She whisper looking away "b-but in my dream, we... we both... I never got to tell you how I felt...." she meekly spoke resting her head on the half elf. "a-and Lady Hailfall.... she-she wasn't right... s-she...." she began to babble again.

"Shhh...just start from the beginning, Jarianna. We have all night to talk about this." He said, leading her to sit down on his bed. He say down next to her. "Shhh..." He cooed once more.

And so the teary Elf told of her dream, of how it felt. By the end she was hugging Lucien tightly.
"I-I know it was just a dream.... but-but it was so real.... I don't want to lose you...." she whispered.

Lucien gave her a sad smile and kissed her forehead.
"I cannot promise you I will return from every battle, but...so long as you need me, I will do my best to return." He rested a hand under her chin and kissed her lips softly.
"We will stand together, or fall together."

"I-I know that," she blushed before hugging him him closer "but... I'd much rather we stand together.... There are alot of things I'd like for us to do together..." she half blushed, even though it was a dream she knew there was one thing her dream self regretted, she would not make the same mistake.

"Well then...we still have plenty of time to do those things." He frowned gently. "I can't see I feel the same way about you yet, but...I am very fond of you, and it would harm me greatly to see you hurt." He grasped her hand.
"If you wish, we could share this bed tonight. Just sleeping, nothing else."
