High atop the mountan ranges she makes her home, her harpies working to tell her about any intruders in her realm. The queen has little interested in the workings of the organsation and has little interest in things like world domination. She however is keen to keep her domain and expand creating new harpies to her flock.

Flight(passive)
her wings arent just for show as she will fly into the air making her harder to attack and she gains an extra 15 to evasion rolls. if her oponent is flying this is neutralised and she recives no buff.
queen of the wind(passive)
all harpies recive do 5 more hp or cc damage while in the prescense of there queen, also haprys are immune to controling or stunning effects.
Sadism (passive)
all Harpies love to inflict pain on there others it makes them feel domonent and strong for each 20 hp damage done harpies do 5 more cc or hp damage thing each of there attacks.
Shadow of eyes 70 %
The queens eyes give a gaze that penitrates into the core of her opponent drawing them in and stop them from defending them selves. the target gains 10cc and lowers there evasion by 10% for 3 rounds. this ablitliy is not affected by ablitys that increase or decrease hit chance its always 70%.
wind slash 90%
using her wings the queen sends a sharp blade of wind towards her enemy that perices though the enemy doing 10 damage that is unafected by damage reducing abilitys.
rose whip 80%
a whip that couses both plesure and pain and is used to instill a sense of submision into both her enemies and servents dealing 5hp and 5cc and a chance equle to there total damage taken (ether hp or cc depending on which is higher) to stun them.
cyber shield 100%
a special set of armor that is desinged specificaly for harpys and increases there powers while exentuating there featurse. After dealing 40 damage a harpy may use there action to equip this armor reducing damage they take by 10 for each hit and increating damage by 5.
Ecstasy Spark 60%
the queen focuses her love of the pain she has inflicted into a an attack of pure exctasy for each time her sadism increased her damage this attack dose 20 cc. Example: her sadism afted her free times cousing normal damage to go up by 15 then this attack would do 60 cc. Note this attack dose not gain the buff from sadism.

Harpy rebirth 100% hp or cc maked target
at the queens command the wind encurcles her target and encases them in an egg. If female they will hatch into a harpy girl where they will begin to fall to there sadism turning them into a harpy lady. If male they will ether become a harpys pet baby dragon, destined to be a pet to the harpys or become a harpys brother welcomed to the flock but allways bellow the harpy ladys.
