Andrea Se'Qal

Name: Andrea Se'Qal
Age: Huh
Sex: Female

Affinity: Leiutenant
200 HP / 200 CC (Two converts)

Appearance:
http://www.gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=63559

Bio:
Andrea claims to be a member of the Flamestrikers, a small, all-female warrior group that, from a mountain monastery, have studied a powerful combination of fire magic and sword techniques. The group is, according to her, mercenary and had been staying out of the conflict, until the Sanctum literally bought out the order with an onslaught of money (or rather, bought a permanent contract for every last member of the order to fight the Organization).

The first sentence is complete truth. The second is a mask. In fact, the Flamestrikers agreed to a much, MUCH darker deal. To a woman, they sold their souls to Myey to gain greater arcane power. They then presented themselves to the Order, arranged the contract, and are now a twenty-strong infiltration of the Order, who happily partake in missions against the Organization, awaiting their (surprisingly rare) opportunities to subvert Order agents.

Andrea is warm, friendly, polite, soft-spoken, and out to create a personal squadron of Succubus minions. Her malicious side comes out towards those she has Drained and turned. She has learned a personal spell for warning Mistresses they are coming, and that they don't need to bother attacking her - after all, if she gets an advantage, she'll be capturing the last standing heroes for herself. That said, she has at least a partial heart of justice, which, when combined with Myey's competitive streak, means that she will, sometimes, be truly fighting on the heroes' side. One will never know for sure until the actual battle... And that's if they even know to be cautious (and haven't, say, had that caution hypnotized out of them).

One key detail has been revealed over time: Andrea, unlike most of the order, turned not for power, but to fight certain very specific enemies whom she had sworn vengeance against. With none presently in her sights, she awaits the opportunity to have her Mistress fulfill her end of the bargain eagerly.

Abilities:

All Succubus Techniques: As a Leiutenant.

Sword Strikes: Andrea's sword allows her to strike at three power levels. A quick strike is equivalent to her claws (90% for 5 damage), a medium strike is 80% for 10 damage, and a heavy strike is 60% for 15 damage. All three are considered basic attacks.

Fireball: Andrea's most basic fire technique deals 10 HP damage, but can be thrown at a target as a free action, as long as the target is a separate target from her main attack.

Ignition: Buff. Andrea can cause a sword to set on fire - attacks with it deal 5 bonus fire damage until the wielder goes two full rounds without making an attack with it.

Reminder: Heal. Andrea can reset her CC to zero as an at-will action - Myey is her mistress, period. The Mistress or allies in question can tell when she does this... But heroes can't, providing Andrea a handy excuse to attack heroes at full power.

Blackflame: Once per combat, Andrea can call on the corrupting flames of the Abyss - all enemies who attacked her in the last round take 50 HP damage, with no chance to evade.

Charm Maintenance: CC inflicted by creatures other than Andrea cannot be healed in Andrea's presence - any effect that would remove CC damage instead causes the damage to be considered to be inflicted by Andrea. If Andrea is opposed to the inflicting Mistress, such damage does not count for the CC max.

Love Recovery Potion: Andrea keeps three special potions on her person during any scenario. They can't be used during combat. Their sweet flavor carries memory-enhancing effects, reminding the subject of their obligations. If one is consumed out of Andrea's presence, it restores 30 CC. When in her presence, the potion makes the person think favorably of Andrea, not truly restoring the damage (see "Charm Maintenance" above).

Megaera D'Ashland

Name: Megaera D'Ashland
Age: Huh
Sex: Female

Affinity: Leiutenant
200 HP / 200 CC

Converts:
Mariko (Assistant)

Appearance: (Erm I'll work on this later. Red witchgirl thematic is the core thing.)

Bio:
Around sixty years ago, Megaera D'Ashland was a rising figure in the wizarding community, famous for her single-minded, obsessive pursuit of one goal: The advancement of her understanding of arcane magic in all its forms. None could learn faster, or more deeply, than her at the time.

However, Megaera, even at the relatively young age of thirty, started to realize that her mortality would get to her far sooner than anything resembling the completion of her magical knowledge. Being, shall we say, significantly less than ethical, she decided the only fair solution was a simple, plainly-worded deal with a decently agreeable devil - no trickery, just an open agreement of mutual benefit.

Myey was the first to answer Megaera's call. Her terms were simple - Megaera's service and knowledge (that is, her soul), in return for immortality and the power of a Succubus. She even warned Megaera that she'd have to have the self-control to not let the powers of lust overtake her - that if her obsessiveness wasn't strong enough, it would fail her. Megaera accepted - and promptly proved that yes, her obsessiveness was stronger than even a Succubus' lust - at least, enough of the time that she's satisfied.

Only recently has she returned to the Material Plane, out to continue to advance her knowledge - and collect a couple choice assistants while she's at it.

Megaera knows spells of both a direct and indirect nature, but has always specialized in indirect techniques (in opposition to the convention of her time that the flashiest spells were the best). She usually lets her minions cast the shiny spells, while she limits herself to more subtle work.

Abilities:

All Succubus Techniques: As a Leiutenant.

Assistant: Passive. When Megaera turns someone into a Succubus or Drained, she can choose to mark them as an assistant. This puts their continued service at risk - for Megaera's defeat, rather than Myey's, will free them - but allows her to grant them access to up to five of her spells, and a mana pool of 50 MP.

Staff Defense: Passive. Megaera's signature staff is enchanted to maximize it's capacity for blocking, deflecting, and reflecting attacks. Attacks are 5% less likely to hit her, and if an attack misses by less than ten, she can 'bounce' the attack to make it hit another target.

Mana Pool: Passive. Megaera's arcane magic is dependent on a limited mana pool to cast spells rapidly (such as while in combat).
Indirect Efficiency: Passive. Any non-HP-damaging spell Megaera casts costs half as much MP for her as its list entry.

Research: Passive. Megaera very, very regularly researches new spells.

Trade: Passive, non-combat only. If Megaera has successfully inflicted at least a quarter of a target's CC maximum without entering combat, she can convince them to trade spells with her. Alternatively, they may offer a trade completely willingly. In return for their gaining two of her spells (and, if needed, a Mana Pool of 20 to use them with), she can copy up to two of their spells (however, an MP cost is added if none already exists). It's good to note that the Mana Pool is purely arcane in origin, and does not rely on her in any way - that is, it's not a corrupting influence.

KNOWN SPELLS
Magic Missile: A classic. Costs X MP, where X is a number up to 10. Deals 3 damage per point spent, with zero miss chance.
